 What does EU packaging mean?
EU (or European Union) packaging means that the box of cigarettes has to comply with the European regulations regarding warning labels and naming conventions; so the packages will look different than US packaged products. The product name may also be different since the terms "Lights" and "Milds" cannot be used. In general, EU packaged cigarettes are still primarily grown in the US, however some tobacco is grown in Europe. You can find where the tobacco is grown by looking next to each product and seeing what the blend is (American blend means it is grown in the US, while EU blend means it is grown in the EU). Also note that the warning lables can be in several languages including French, German, Spanish, Latvian and more. The products still taste the same however, regardless of the packaging.

How do the cigarettes actually get to me?
Your order is first shipped priority with a select European postal carrier, such Air Mail Registered; it is then mailed priority to your country. Depending on where you live, it may reach a bonded warehouse in your country to attend customs clearance prior to entering your national mail system. Once in the local Postal system it arrives straight into your mailbox. Signature is generally not required, however some postal carriers might request an adults signature.

Why didn't all the cartons I ordered arrive on the same day?
